Q. Where is my Monthly Digest?
A. Your monthly VicBizTalk Digest can
not be found on the website. It is sent to you by email with
a link to a pdf to click on and open. If you have a problem
with your own email program it may affect your ability to open and
read the pdf. Let us know if you would like it sent to you
again.
Q. I can't find the free audio classes...
A. We have solved this problem by
creating a new section called
Audio Library, you can
access it from the Home or TeleclassMAX pages.
Q. Do you sell anything?
A. Of course! The fastest way
to find our products is to go to the "What
We Offer Page".
Q. How do I pay?
A. Go to the
Good Deals page
and click on any buy option. You will be directed to pay
with a credit card or online cheque. If you would prefer
another method of payment, just call the office at 250.881.1114.
We'll make it easy for you!.
Q. Why do I need to join PayPal to pay?
A. If you have never used PayPal
before they do require one extra step where you need to 'join'.
It is just a request for contact information, it doesn't take long
and it's free.
Q. I had problems joining the
TeleclassMAX I registered for.
A. Give the office a call
250.881.1114. The class was probably recorded and we can
send it to you.
