When we first met, for the purpose of investigating a coaching
relationship, I was unsure of what I would get from a Business
Coach. Right from that first meeting I began to see changes.
Changes in me, my attitude, and the potential of my plans. I
was surprised, no, shocked at how much clarity began unfolding
in the few meetings that followed.
The dream that I had been carrying for 6 years, that of establishing
a year round Dinner Theatre and Cultural Centre in Victoria
went from vision to reality at light speed. I was sweep away
in the momentum of the energy that surrounded the idea as it
came out through our coaching sessions. Now just five months
from our first session the theatre has been established, the
business plan written, the cast in rehearsals, and opening night
is looming eight weeks away.
I recognize that the theatre is coming from the efforts of my
partner and I along with our supporters, however I also know
that none of this would be happening without "my Coach".
I tell everyone: "they need to find a coach like Linda,
if they want to get their dreams out of the mist and into their
hands".
Now as the theatre unfolds, I find that our sessions take on
a much needed grounding effect. You have a wonderful way of
sensing my stress and guiding me to the right view of the issues.

As the owner of a new business in
Victoria, I have discovered that networking with other business
people is critical, and that is one of the reasons that I have
enjoyed attending Linda Conn’s free Saturday seminars for the
past several months. VictoriaBusinessTalk’s monthly sessions
provide an opportunity to meet other new business owners and
discuss business start-up issues with them.
Linda Conn chairs the two hour sessions in a business-like way, tempered
with her friendly sense of humour, and she ensures that every
participant at the session has a chance to be heard. Each
person is encouraged to share a concern, and the group brainstorms
possible solutions in a supportive way. The atmosphere
in the sessions is warm and caring and participants leave the
seminar with a list of possible ideas to incorporate into their
business planning.
