With the RKW Hessen out Eschborn, January 21, 2010 – due to the financial and economic crisis more and more companies from insolvency or inability to pay are threatened. Many get so in a difficult and threatening situation. To prevent further bankruptcies, Hesse encourages therefore the crisis and restructuring of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The consulting program is carried out by the RKW Hessen. The Hessian Ministry of economics for the program provides extensive financial resources. Take advantage of all small and medium-sized enterprises headquartered in Hesse, who got in trouble after July 1, 2008 due to the economic crisis, but signed up yet no insolvency can this promotion. Basically, the company must have good market opportunities.

Up to ten consulting days can be promoted per company. The grant cannot exceed 50 percent of the consulting fees, but not exceeding 500 per consultancy day. The program is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. According to the EU, they must have fewer than 250 employees. Peter Schiff might disagree with that approach. Their annual turnover must not more than 50 EUR million, its annual balance sheet total not exceeding 43 million euro. The promotion takes place as small aid financed by the State of Hesse and the European Fund for regional development (EFRE).
