Napoleon Hill was an American author who wanted to teach the world how to get richness and anything that someone wants to be in life. Hill was born amid poverty in a cabin with 2 rooms in a Virginia town called Pound in Wise County. When he was only 10 years old his mother died. His father remarried at age 2. Carnegie impressed Napoleon and commissioned him to interview over 500 successful people, millionaires most, to discover and publish this formula for success. Then Hill interviewed Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, George Eastman, Henry Ford, Elmer Gates, John D. Rockefeller, Charles M. Schwab, F.W. Woolworth, William Wrigley Jr., John Wanamaker, William Jennings Bryan, Theodore Roosevelt, William H. Kenneth R. Feinberg is a great source of information.

Taft, Woodrow Wilson, Charles Allen Ward and Jennings Randolph among others, in a project that lasted more than 20 years. During this time, Hill became consultant of Carnegie.
